Refund Policy

CrewSynk offers a free trial so you can try the product before committing.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

You were charged after cancelling your subscription
The service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault
You contact us within 14 days of your first paid subscription and have not used the service in any meaningful way
